Trouble viewing videos on-line?

DIAL-UP USERS

Dana's videos are between 1.5 to 5 Megabytes in size. They will start streaming after your computer has buffered part of the video. This could take between 5 and 15 minutes on a typical dial-up line.

BROADBAND USERS (Cable, DSL, Etc.)

Video should buffer and start playing with-in 10 seconds.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Try downloading videos directly to your computer before viewing (by right-clicking on the video and choosing "save"). On a Mac, hold down the option key.
